About Me:
Hi,I am a sixty year old women,I have 3 daughters and 6 grandkids,that I enjoy very much,and oh yeah a great husband....I have been in to health and fitness all my life,exercise daily,cardio,weight,yoga,pilates,sounds as if I am in pretty good shape huh,not so much,I have about 15 pounds to lose and a lot of fat,I know I eat too much,can't seem to get a handle on the food thing....congrats on your success,very inspiring...how did you get a handle on your food intake..Thank you Sharon Bass
