I just finished the 30 day challenge.
It was pretty simple. Weigh yourself and record it on this site for 30 days.
It was intended to be an exercise in self-discipline. Good results would be the icing on the cake - Keeping yourself accountable was the goal.
Ask yourself - If I can't do something this simple, am I really committed to reaching my fitness goals?
It was eye opening for me as well.
I started at 193.5 pounds and ended up at 195.0 pounds.

Nope truck and shoes are still dirty! I have to say it was kinda fun though. Although, I did a lot of the watching. Thanks for your help again and have fun this weekend!!!
